Now you can Release Anxiety Attacks though I.M.P.R.O.V.E Technique

Here is a technique called IMPROVE that helps you greatly release Anxiety Attacks in a seamlessly and comfortable way .

(I)= Imagery

The I Stands out for Imagery , meaning that whenever you are encoutered with Anxiety Attack try to imagine an image in your mind that is a safe space or place, ( make the image ready so you could recall it easily when you experience the Anxiety Attack ) because when you have the attack you feel paralysed to imagine anything good, so when you are in a calm state prepare this image in your mind of a safe space , could be any space you love (sea, garden , beach , a nice home, forest,,,,) whatever you love 💖, then imagine all the details ,who is with you in that space who are the people you trust and you would love to have them in that special place of yours ?, what are you wearing at that space , which colours? , what are the people you chose to be with are wearing?, which colour , what kind of food is there , are there any chocolate or favourite food you like?, what is the music that is being played there is it piano , violin , guitar,, what are the activities there?what are you doing, is there place for paintings , table tennis ,,, what are the activities you love to practice there. This is is the space where ANXIETY AND STRESS ARE DIFFUSED this is the space where you feel GOOD, RELAXED AND SAFE

(M) = Meaning

Ask yourself what is the meaning of all of this, why this happened to you , painful experience helps us to grow and mature , become more vigilant , much stronger , wiser, and all these expereinces served you to discover your life purpose

(P)= Prayer

Ask for STRENGTH to ACCEPT the things you CAN NOT change and ask for the COURAGE to CHANGE the things you can change . Pray for WISDOM pray your heart to be touched by the source of all wisdom and your inner true state of deep being

(R)= Relax

You do this by various ways Breathing, Meditating through sound of waves , waterfall , grass , soft music of your choice , you could bring a sense of relaxation by diffusing a lavender , vetiver , camomile , Rose , Sage, Geranium or Bergamot scent in your Room and Bed Sheets. Also, Decluttering and organizing your room helps , taking a hot bath , lightening candles , drinking hot milk, all helps to diffuse anxiety attack.

(O)= Stands for One thing at a Time

Simply do not bring problems from the past or future, stay in the moment HERE & NOW, with ONE thing at a time , try to practice focusing or dealing with one thing at a time, imagine holing an apple in one hand and practice holding one thing at a time which is being Present, and conscious so you are no longer at the grip of the mind made conditioning which produce thoughts and emotions so you become at a grip of a vicious cycle of constent thoughts and emotions , and you end up not living your true real life but rather the life of the mind made conditioning and related emotions it produce , and thus you mess the inner essence of peace and joy of your being .

(V)= Vacation

Vacation is easy to grasp , it means you need to give your self the opportunity to go for a vacation in nature , discover new dimensions of cultures , music , food , to add a sense of mystery and discovery to your life dimension which is part of the evolutionary pulse of the human nature, to discover, explore and appreciate the beauty of nature , cultures, food , dance ,,etc

(E)= Encourage

Encourage your self and tell your self how amazing, talented and creative you are, write down your qualities , and what I mean by qualities , this is not related to the degrees you accomplished or grade you earned at school , or trophies you got in sports activites or places you travelled to , what I mean by writing down the qualities that make you YOUR special endless formeless true being , for example:you are a creative being , you are love , you are loved , you are kind , free spirit , you are spontanious , you are charistmatic , you are generous , you are fun , you love wearing colours and you are in love with cooking or such and such activities that flow harmonically within your true formeless being
